ทีมอีสปอร์ตจากโซนอเมริกาเหนือ ออกมาเรียกร้องความเป็นธรรมจากเหตุการณ์ที่เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจับกุมชายผิวดำด้วยความรุนแรงเกินกว่าเหตุจนนำไปสู่การเสียชีวิต
Team Liquid , Evil Geniuses , 100 Thieves , FaZe Clan และ OpTic Gaming ร่วมกันออกมาแสดงจุดยืนต่อต้านความเหลื่อมล้ำทางเชื้อชาติจากกรณีการเสียชีวิตของ จอร์จ ฟลอยด์
ที่ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาในเวลานี้ คงไม่มีประเด็นไหนที่จะร้อนแรงไปกว่าเหตุการณ์การเสียชีวิตของ จอร์จ ฟลอยด์ ชายผิวดำรายหนึ่งที่ถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจับกุมด้วยความรุนแรงเกินกว่าเหตุ ด้วยการเอาเข่ากดไปที่คอนานถึง 7 นาที จนเจ้าตัวหมดสติจากการขาดอากาศหายใจ และเสียชีวิตในเวลาต่อมา
จากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว ทำให้แต่ละองค์กรออกมาเคลื่อนไหวต่อสู้กับปัญหาความไม่เป็นธรรมทางสีผิว เช่นเดียวกับในวงการอีสปอร์ต ที่หลายทีมในโซนอเมริกาเหนือได้ออกมาแสดงจุดยืนต่อต้านปัญหานี้แล้ว
